I just read awhile ago of a interesting website on Irish Regiments of the Canadian Army with lots of neat bits of info on Irish Regiments of the Canadian Army from Great War Era to present. One thing they don't mention is what head dress did the Irish Fusiliers of Canada (Vancouver Regiment) wore from 1943-1946!? Khaki side cap from 1939-1943, but nothing from 1943-46? Khaki beret perhaps>>?? Nothing on it ie, dress regulations nor photo's of this unit(On a google search) based both in Canada and then served overseas in the British colony of Jamaica in 1944. The Pipe Band came part of the 1st Canadian Army from 1944-1946.

Might anyone can shed some light or information on this?
