Aiden Killed Off - Daniel Cosgrove Says Last Scenes Air in November

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) may soon be saying hello to Bo (Peter Reckell) and goodbye to Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove). According to Soap Opera Digest, many fans have been tweeting that Daniel Cosgrove announced his exit from DOOL. The rumors say Cosgrove, who made his debut as Aiden in January 2014, has been fired as “Days” continues to cut cast members. More departures are expected as returning characters like Bo and Patch (Stephen Nichols) get back into the rotation.
When it was confirmed that Peter Reckell would be returning to “Days of Our Lives” as Bo, everyone began wondering what that would mean for Hope’s relationship with Aiden. No one could blame Hope for moving on after Bo essentially abandoned his family, but there are two sides to every story. It’s very possible that Bo has been held against his will or he’s been keeping Hope and Ciara (Lauren Boles) at a distance to protect them. Whatever the case, Bo will soon pop up in town and Hope will have a hard time resisting her old flame. Then again, maybe Hope won’t even need to resist Bo.
A script for a November episode of DOOL surfaced on Daytime Royalty and it has many viewers wondering if Aiden will be killed off. The script calls for stunt doubles for both Hope and Aiden, which means danger is undoubtedly in the air. Word has it that Cosgrove mentioned his scenes would air through November, but Chase (Connor Kalopsis) would remain in Salem for a while longer. The fact that Chase could be hanging around without his dad seems pretty telling.
We know that Connor Kalopsis is also moving on from “Days of Our Lives” in the near future, but many viewers expect Chase to be rapidly aged along with Ciara. Aiden has already been wary of Clyde (James Read) knowing too much about Chase. If Clyde makes a move, Aiden could sacrifice his own life to protect his son. We’ll give you updates if any new plot details emerge.

Days of Our Lives spoilers

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the big 50th anniversary celebration reveal that there may be a shocking death coming this fall when the anniversary officially begins. Movie News Guide reports that rumors are flying that one of the NBC soap’s most beloved characters could be involved in a murder plot.

The report suggest that Stefano DiMera may be seeking revenge on the man who is responsible for killing his beloved son, EJ DiMera, played by fan favorite actor James Scott. Fans were so upset when Scott’s character was killed off, and his wife Sami Brady, played by Alison Sweeney, later left Salem as well.

Now Stefano may be ready to strike back and actually kill EJ’s murderer, Clyde Weston, who also happens to be the boyfriend of Kate Roberts, Stefano’s ex-wife.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Stefano won’t be the only one seeking out Clyde Weston. Days of Our Lives fans can also expect Hope Brady and Rafe Hernandez to be plotting to take Clyde down. Hope and Rafe believe Clyde is shady and also know that he had something to do with Sonny Kiriakis’ recent stabbing, which nearly led to Sonny losing his life.

Meanwhile, Sonny’s uncle, Victor Kiriakis, may want in on the action as well as revenge for Sonny’s stabbing. Could Victor and Stefano possibly form an alliance to get to Clyde more effectively, and will it all go down during the big 50th anniversary celebration?

It seems there will be so much excitement and drama going on in Salem when November rolls around. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, a number of beloved former cast members have agreed to reprise their characters and Days of Our Lives fans can expect to see a lot of reunions going down.

In addition to some interesting story lines such as Clyde’s possible murder, characters such as Bo Brady, Shawn Brady, Belle Black, Chloe Lane, Steve “Patch” Johnson, Sami Brady, Andre DiMera, and more are all coming home to Salem, and execs are obviously hoping that ratings will go through the roof as all the old familiar faces come home, some of them for the long haul.

Stephen Nichols and Thaao Penghlis are currently under contract with the soap, meaning they will be appearing on Days of Our Lives very regularly for the foreseeable future. Meanwhile fans are hoping that some more former actors will enter into contracts as well, as viewers would love to have Bo, Shawn, and Belle back in Salem for good.

SOD: Abigail is Pregnant!

Abigail is in a pickle....while she loves Ben, she is having a hard time letting go of Chad. She's jealous when Chad and Zoe show up at a 4th of July picnic. Kate Mansi said, "She's confused by her own feelings because Ben is there. She does love him but feels so uncomfortable looking at her live moving forward. Abigail feels like she is losing Chad forever, possibly."

Well, just like everyone knows...Abigail begins to feel nauseous and she thinks it's because of all of the turmoil in her life. She goes home and goes to bed and when she gets up the next morning...she's REALLY sick and realizes that it's morning sickness!

SOD: Brand New Days!

~~ Switched writers because he didn't recognize his own show. Felt that there was some burn out with the writers. Characters were new and he didn't know who they were and felt that we, as viewers, were feeling the same way. There was a negative atmosphere in the studio....people being complacent. He felt that he needed to take the reins back and make some changes.

~~Spoke with DH and JG almost a year ago and they had some really good ideas on long term stories for the show. JG has always wanted to write for Days and DH knows the show and the characters. Didn't do anything at that point. Went on vacation and came home to a funeral (Wes Kenney) and felt like he had to do something to get the show back in order. He also believed that it wasn't just writing but producing needed a change too.

~~What do they have to bring to the table? DH-- History JG--wrote for Y & R and has always wanted to write for Days. Then hired Albert Alarr and Janet Rider-- again long history with the show. When he announced to the crew and actors these changes, "the place went absolutely berserk. " The atmosphere is completely different now.

~~ Actors went to see Mr. Corday before he made changes and shared with him their unhappiness with the show and their characters. He felt that he needed to step in then. He believed that the viewers felt that he wasn't doing his job...(YEP YEP! ;) )

~~Changes.....first order of business...change the characters. He wanted to focus on characters that the viewers already know. Again, he talked about the characters and show being unrecognizable. He wanted to give the viewers what they wanted to see. A huge story is there that starts with Steve and Joe coming in and Steve not believing that Bo is away on his own. Sami is back and again, things just aren't right. With these changes happening, many have been let go. He said that it was business and not meant to be personal and the actors that were let go understood that. It's for the sake of the show.

~~Matt Ashford-- He's dead...like dead dead. Felt that they needed to bend the rules with Andre. Doesn't rule out a return for MA but from September 1st on, if someone dies, they are D.E.A.D.

~~Thought process behind the 50th--he wanted to see the Vets. There will be a Salem's bicentennial celebration.

~~We will see romance. Isolate 3 or 4 couples and build story around them. Every story will be based on romance. He's wanted more romance for the past 2 years.

~~Corday believes that when you watch the show come September, you will notice a change in writing...it's all about romance~

~~He feels that this is the biggest change ever to the show and he felt like this change was needed for the show to continue.

~~He's asked the fans to bear with them and enjoy the ride when it starts. He feels that we will love the changes!

So, let's discuss....what are your thoughts?

Here we go! THANKS SOD!

Little Tidbits from SOD

It's in....Martha Madison is back! :) YAY!! Spencer Neville is back too. Nothing written as to how long...

Nice picture of Charles Shaughnessy in the musical "Ever After".

Thumbs up--Justin and Kate working together. "The witty banter and cleverly brewing conflict between Justin and Kate is the perfect antidote to tedious fare like the endless elephant statue hunt. "

Round up..."What is something about the opposite sex that you will never understand?" Judi Evans...men walking past the hamper and dropping their underwear on the floor....TRUTH!! LOL

Allison Page (Bev) was on Days in 2009 for 2 episodes. She was Jill, one of the teen girls that Nicole tried to get a baby from. She says that AZ was one that gave her acting career a "major shift in focus". She was blown away by her and her acting abilities.

In the article "First Times", Eric Martsolf said that his first car was a Chevy van and his first celebrity crush was Lynda Carter. For Jen Lilley, her first job was babysitting at the age of 12 and Canada was the first foreign country she ever visited.

Picture this...it's all about Bo and Hope! Great pictures!

I'm glad they cleaned house a little. And happy the Will/Sonny stuff is over. Not surprised Abigal is pregnant. The 50th can't get here soon enough!
