Nice to see the late, great Louis Delgado training at Bruce Lee's home. Priceless to hear Bruce telling Louis that he tends to slide to the left when delivering the sidekick. It would have been great if Bruce had someone film his sparring sessions with Delgado. In 1974, Louis told Black Belt magazine that Bruce was the toughest man he ever sparred with. This coming from a man who competed against Joe Lewis in point tournaments and was the last man to defeat Chuck Norris in a point match.

Tony, you can try google software to download Youtube footage. It's very easy once you use this software to download the Youtube footage, usually takes less than 5 min, depending on the size.
Save it to your PC harddisk or your handphone. Click it when you want to watch.

Do you know what Louis died of?
I read that he became a Nurse and
may have died of Kidney issues
due to drug use.
Cheers!

Sounds like a boastful young punk who watches too much CGI movie.

TONY: In 1990, Delgado contracted the HIV virus through a blood transfusion. A year later, AIDS took the life of this martial arts legend.
