He called him when he was working in Manila and told him about the headaches he'd been having. They continued through the 20th until he collapsed at Betty's place. Alkaloid chemicals in the cannabis were causing it. Dr. Wu told him the next time it would worsen because he was under a lot of pressure. The last time Bruce saw him was in June and had no complaints. Bruce should have went to Dr. Langford. He had his business card with him the 20th when they went through his clothes. Unfortunately...It is terribly unfortunate the circumstances surrounding that fateful day/night for Lee. Even immediately after death, he was just left... alone.
Yeah Coburn said just a masked bruce...The first one was a Buddhist service and 30,000 people were present. The largest funeral Hong Kong ever had. Bruce was covered with white silk up to the chin. It was gray and distorted, despite the heavy makeup. They had his head and upper body resting lower down. His chin was close to his chest and you could see the swelling in his face. The top of the coffin was covered with glass, so no one could touch him. Later, the silk-lined folding door to the coffin was opened all the way, as seen in some photos. The Seattle funeral was private and they had him in the second coffin and wearing a new wig. He was laying opposite and they had his upper body resting higher up than in the first coffin and mourners could see his blue kimono, with his broken glasses in the suit. James Coburn said in 1993: "It looked like someone put a mask over his face."

Why didn't he just go to the doctor, if the damned headaches were that bad?! And Betty...WTF?! Dude goes into convulsions and collapses, and you don't call for an ambulance?! This is HK's current biggest star, you stupid...!He called him when he was working in Manila and told him about the headaches he'd been having. Has that pic been confirmed that it is indeed the last one taken of him alive? He honestly doesn't look any thinner than he did in his fight with Sammo.
I really do not see how a person can be called ill (physically) when he was given a complete check up in usa and given a thumbs-up. He might be mentally 'ill' or disturbed at that point in his life, I can agree but not physically.Alot of the stuff you've written I have not read anywhere and didn't even know about
Its very very interesting indeed
Thanks
Exactly he looks in good shape. Maybe overworked and tired but still good shape. He is tight etc.Has that pic been confirmed that it is indeed the last one taken of him alive? He honestly doesn't look any thinner than he did in his fight with Sammo.
So no way for that bullshit from R. Chow that Bruce was ill at his last days. R.Chow poisoned Bruce because he created his own company was going to make films by his own (and was gonna get money for that films of course). Chow and mafia thought that after murdered Bruce they put any guy in his yellow tracksuite and continue making money...but it wasn't the case...Bruce Lee is just one and no one could be as good as he. Period.
It would be interesting to know which ones were the final photos taken of Bruce when he was still alive after his last HKTV appearance on July 10th. Could be family or studio pics. Comments?
Rick
Yes, he looked strikingly different here in this photo than he did in The Big Boss/Fists of Fury. It would be interesting to know what diet and methods he was using to get down to such low weight. In the picture, take a look at his arms.. There's nothing there.
