Awesome! So did he give you any info on why the owner of the house never answers the door?

Yessir... the owner is from another country. He owns gas stations and is rarely around. Keeps it locked up tight. He said that he told him Bruce Lee once lived there and he barely even knew who Bruce was... sadly. Nor did he care.

Roscomare House. This large flat backyard is where, McQueen, Garner, Abdul Jabar, Inosanto and long list of others worked out with Bruce from 1968-1970 roughly. Interestingly enough, Bruce also would hang out with the ill-fated Sharon Tate and her husband Roman Polanski who lived a canyon or so to the east... I'm sure that when Manson's family came in and killed people at the Polanski residence, it was a little too close for comfort for Bruce and was very terrible for him.

Same view fifty years later. Take a look at the palm tree in the neighbors yard on the right and then look at the recent photograph. I think Linda Lee once wrote that Bruce would ride bike with Brandon on Roscomare... That would be a dangerous endeavor at this point as traffic is virtually continuous. Then again, that was fifty years ago.

Really great stuff Ozzie! Thank you for sharing these with us. I hope Nick would sort out the pictures in post, so they turn up in the post without having to click on the link to get them viewed separately from the postings.

Gung Fu - totally agree on link vs photo. They are much more impressive when seen side by side. Then and now. C'mon Nick... Get it handled dude :)
