Hi Nick!
I was looking on e bay today.
If you get on it, then type in
Rare Bruce Lee, then on the first
page of Bruce memorabilia, you'll
find some newspaper articles for Sale.
One is from 1974 and Linda Lee talks.
You can see 4 pages if you swipe on the article.
On one of them, the headline reads,
" I can't believe my husband loved this woman"
It's regarding Betty Ting Pei.
I don't know how to paste the article.
I hope you find it.
Best Wishes
Tony

.....but I don't think Bruce ever engaged in an affair with her at any point. She was just a tad batshit insane if the Hong Kong industry rumors are to be believed.

But I've noticed a few errors in article - married 13 years, daughter Sharon 6. Should be Shannon 5. The Deadly Game title again for GOD.

She also apparently quoted that Bruce died on the 14th July.....a pretty big oversight....lol

yes there are many big errors LOL.

I saw this same Linda Lee article in South China Morning Post 1974 so I'm thinking is that the source and it was badly translated? Seems so.

Yes Betty was with him. All his friends knew it. Linda was not a saint either Playing footsy under the table I was told by one source who was there LOL. Betty has recently written a book about it but I haven't read it.

Nothing new or rare in her book. One interesting point: She repeatedly claimed she was supposed to be cast in WOTD but Lee had promised Nora first so, she missed the chance. Then, she claimed Lee was going to cast her in ETD but she fell terribly sick and missed the chance again. Finally, she claimed Lee promised to cast her as his wife in G.O.D. but Lee died suddenly and missed the final chance.
When asked whether Nora was Lee's girlfriend she said no, Nora was Robert Lee's girlfriend. She further claimed Lee would never fall for Nora's type of girl. Meaning to say, Lee only preferred her type. lol
