Lovely, I have a much plainer version. Is there anything engraved on the presentation plate?

No nothing looks as if it has been removed.  It has been around a long time it is very early probably first year production around 1909 so who knows what it has been through in its life.
But it still shoots very well.  TJ.

You and I must think alike. Even though I have sold most of my collection, I kept a cased, engraved, Model 6 .22 LR and a plain one.
