Thanks to Grant for the work on this.
The maps are on Page 2.

See you all soon!,

What will be the exact address? Or when will it be giving out?

D-W,

If you send me a PM with your email, I'll send you the legal land description of where the shoot is held.

Thanks for the interest.  :-)

Best
Richard.

Richard,

How about a mud and skeeter report?  Are boots and  bug spray needed this year?

My last post above mentions mozzy spray.   :-)

Wellies aren't needed on this land, though I cannot guarantee overheads weather. LOL.

Hope to get range cut today, and find some plywood to repair target backers.

If anyone coming has spare used plywood, that would be very nice!  It doesn't last long when we shoot it. (Muskets hurt it worst!)

Just heard from Martyn, that he picked up Maurice at the airport and they with  Larry will be heading this road Wed. morn.
Go safe. all!

Mekkin' pies tonight.....

Well it was looking like a last minute cancellation was going to happen with us. But $900 later the truck is fixed and we will be on our way up Thursday.

It has been raining 3 days down here in  Montana, how is the  weather up there in  Bowden?

I love this gathering. Lots of good food, great conversation and every once in a while fire a few shots and get back to the food and conversation.

Richard,... I am very sorry not to have mentioned this earlier..... I am running solo this year due to work commitments of the Memsahib... I hope that things won't be out out too much on the food front... (if so, I will cover any extra cost that you included for Chantale)

Things just got really busy and I forgot to mention it...
Cheers,Rob

Friends,

Unfortunately, I have fallen too far behind in my preparations for my trip to Nebraska to be able to drive up to Richard’s for the visit I hoped would be possible. (Discovering I must amend my plans and load a batch of cartridges for a different rifle has been the primary culprit. ) Have a safe and enjoyable weekend! I will look forward to seeing lots of photos ...

Sorry you couldn’t make it Grant, you are always missed.

I thought your services might be needed.  They are taking prisoners . They say they will take me to Capt. Morant. I hear he is a fair man and follows the rules.

Yes, but unfortunately his favourite seems to be “Rule .303” ... however, scant consolation though it may be, I hear that “... he who lives by that rule dies by that rule ...”
