Jean sent me the DVD of this concert. (Thanks Jeannie. ). Gosh, isn't it BRILLIANT ? And he looks absolutely amazing. I enjoyed this so much - that is when I wasn't crawling up the walls and tearing my hair out with regret (again) that I didn't travel to see him in 2002...

Edit: typo.

Although the Reality tour was bigger, I think the 2002 setlists and 'look' were pure Bowie.

Can you imagine being in the audience when he played Bewley brothers for the first time ever? It was shocking enough for me just hearing it on the radio. Amazing.......

IARH,I'd love to copy it for you but I don't have a DVD copier. Badger somebody for it: it is FANTASTIC (only it does lead to heartache, wailings and gnashings of teeth, so you have been warned).

Oh, I do that all the time because of ALL the shows I've missed, but then I think back that I really didn't have the opportunities anyway. It took me 21 years to see him again, since I first saw him on the SM tour in '83!

I often think back to 1972 St Louis when I could have been only one of about 200 people seeing Ziggy Stardust. The problem was: I was a tender just teen and there's no way my parents would have let me travel an hour through depressed neighborhoods at night to see him. But wouldn't it have been great? If only... And if I'd only pushed my new husband into a major road trip to see Elephant Man in Denver!! And, and, and...

Weeping Wall wasn't performed in Berlin, nor in Montreux, where the ten other songs were played as well.

Weeping Wall wasn't performed in Meltdown either, the studio version was used as intro. It was performed in Roseland NYC only.

Yeah it's cool indeed Words can't express how much I love a man in a waistcoat Can't get better than Bowie in a waistcoat. Good setlist and great performance. I felt a bit sorry for him at one point when he was going on about Pierrot (if I remeber correctly; it's so long since I watched it I can't remember), something he said anyway and the crowd were basically non responsive at that moment and Bowie just said "You don't knonw what I'm talking about!". IARH, sent you an email, just to say if you want the dvd it's no hassle for me to send you a copy, it's a must see
