Excellent and informative article. Those who claim that the late Richard Sudhalter stole the Bix biography from Evans may learn something.

Thanks for this post, Albert...it sparked a memory. Dick Sudhalter and Harold Lieberman led a Whiteman tribute at Waterloo Village in NJ on 24 June 1984. Many of the arrangements were not recorded by Whiteman.
