That NY Times article was interesting, but I was disappointed that in reference to BFT they focussed on the advice you DON'T offer, rather than the many other valuable resources you make available.

I think she was just focusing on airline tickets. Had the same problem with the 48 Hours interview years ago. They weren't interested in hearing the positive things I said. The goal here was different though. In the tv interview, all they wanted to do was bash Priceline.
