3* Courtyard Phoenix North/Happy Valley, 12/22-26 $60

Wanted to be in the area of Phoenix North - Desert Ridge area so I started the bidding for a three star hotel there at $65. I was then given an option to re-bid if I raised my bid by $34! Obviously I declined and I added Happy Valley Area 3* for $60 and I got the Courtyard Phoenix North/Happy Valley...

3* Staybridge Suites Austin Airport - 12/2/17 $60

Was aiming to the general area of Southwest/South Austin for a 2.5 star hotel. Started at $45 and after five bids got an upgrade to a three star hotel for one night on December 2. The Google reviews look promising for this hotel so we shall see. It seems a good deal for a Saturday night stay in the ...

3* The Concourse at LAX 9/25-28 $65

<t>Well I got it on the first bid. Somewhat unexpected. Our event is in nearby Marina del Rey but we fly out on Monday morning so it is good to be close to LAX. It is a little below the going Express Deal rate so not bad. The hotel seems ok based on the reviews. Nothing stellar but for $65/night on ...

<t>Thanks for the replies folks. No I do not bid through the Priceline email but the link on this site (BFT).<br/> <br/> Apparently something has changed on the 3* Express Deal from mid day today and thanks for the heads up. I am going to go through the bidding process tonight and see what happens. ...

3* The Concourse at LAX 9/25-28 $65

Working on a short notice bidding for LAX area Sept. 25-28. First started with 3.5* and went to $90. No takers. Then I went with 3* up to $75, no cigar.

I will try again tonight. Always using the PL link provided in this site, Thanks.

2.5* La Quinta Del Rio, 7/1, $55

<r>This is my third try to get a one night hotel in Del Rio. It's good that Priceline allows to re-bid after a couple of hours specially for these small towns with very little competition among the few decent hotels that exist. In any case used the BFT link to get this hotel:<br/> <br/> <URL url="ht...

3* Courtyard By Marriott Austin Airport 4/2 $46

Got it on the third try (started with $35). It shows a 'hotel fee' of $2.92, not sure what is it about.

Used the BFT link.

2.5* La Quinta Inn Las Cruces 12/24/14 $35

Got it on the first try. Online price through LQ site is $70 so not bad overall. I expect a clean place based on the online reviews.

Used the BFT Priceline link. Thanks again for your services.

3* Courtyard Phoenix North/Happy Valley, 12/25-29 $50

<t>Goal was to be as close as possible to the JW Marriot Desert Ridge Resort. Started bidding at $40 in the Happy Valley area and the third time was successful. It is only a 15 minute drive so not bad. The online price was around $80-$90 for those dates.<br/> <br/> Overall it seems a pretty good dea...
