Some time in mid-2009, I bid and won a hotel stay at Priceline.com
At the page priceline announced I won the hotel stay, there was a panel and link showing some kind of reward. That click lead to some kind of program to earn reward. I did not want this program and closed this panel.

Two months later, my credit card (same one I used to bid and charged on Priceline), started charging me $11.99 for
TLG*GREATFN88921811NOV  866-630-1504  CT  $11.99
I called my credit card, and they told me this is charge by "Great Fun". I dispute this charge.
I google this "Great Fun" and it is a well known scam.
I tried to called this "Great Fun", first thing they ask you is your credit card number, exp date, card verification number and your ID. Obviously, I was not going to tell them.
For the next subsequent months, this same monthly charge was made to my credit card, and I was unable to stop this.
So, last resort, I cancel my credit card.

Does anyone out there has this same experiences?

P.S.  I just Googled Great Fun scam + Priceline and got 4,260 results!

Great Fun appears to be part of Trilegiant Corp, which is a subsidiary of the Affinion Group http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affinion_Group

When you bid on princline, you have to give them your credit card info. I did email priceline and ask them why they give out my credit card info to this Great Fun without my authorization. So far, no response.

Priceline is knee deep in this click reward, then, give out my credit card info without authorization, and automatic monthly charge on credit card scam.

further look at complaints about this Affinion scams (from Wiki) makes me sick of all the bids on Priceline, I gave my credit card information to these thieves.

Thank you GeoNit.
Well, they did not include Priceline.com in their list. But, obviously, I was scammed by these same exact thieves. What makes me angry is Priceline gave these crooks my credit card information, when I ONLY wished to submit my credit card information for that bid on a hotel stay. At the end, I could only cancel my credit card to stop their "Great Fun" $11.99 monthly charges.
