About all i can say was it was a perfect stay!

Parking is free and flawless.

Check in was so smooth that it was scary.

Room (rm 157) was huge with 32 inch TV & playstation available, and 2 queen beds a phone in the bathroom and high speed internet available at the rate of $9.95 for you entire stay and not per day like most hotels.

A newspaper of twi kinds were at my door each day, the USA Today & the local Phoenix paper for that area.

The pool was the size of a major resort or like a Las Vegas 5 star hotel and has a great waterfall type thing in the center island.

I would stay here again and hope to on a return visit to Arizona later this year.

All this for only $36 per night......ya got to love it..

See ya

Stayed at this hotel last night, using Starpoints, prior to catching a morning flight today.
Although the room is standard, showing a bit of wear, it was comfortable enough for a one night stay. I did hear some noise through the wall once, but it only lasted a short time. The heating/ac unit was somewhat loud. I will tell you what made this stay so postive, though. The folks at the front desk were bending over backwards to make sure everything went well. Their inquiries about our stay seemed totally sincere, not just going through the motions like some places. In fact, after five nights at 4 and 5 star hotels preceding this stay, I would have to say the front desk supervisor at this hotel was far superior in her customer service skills than anyone else I encountered at the luxury resorts. The waiter at the hotel restaurant was completely attentive, the food was above average for hotel food (actually pretty tasty) and not outrageously expensive. It was refreshing to stay at such a place after dealing with snobbery in the previous days.

We stayed from 3/18 through 3/21 at the Sheraton Airport Tempe for a Spring Training trip. We had three rooms after successfully bidding $45 for each room. The hotel was in great shape. It appears that they have redone everything in the last couple of years. The lobby/restaurant/bar area was attractively furnished with lots of room to lounge. The outside pool area had excellent furniture and towels available. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. There was a flat screen TV in each room. One of our rooms overlooked the pool and had a balcony. Kudos to the staff for all their help throughout our stay. When we arrived they were unable to put all three rooms of ours together so the person behind the desk gave each of us a complimentary drink at the bar. We asked for shuttle service to a local restaurant and it was provided. Starbucks was sold in the bar area and each morning the staff attendent offered refills to everyone. All in all, it was a well deserved 3.5 star, but approaching a four star establishment.
