HELP please! Identifying an express deal

Resort fees are prevalent in certain zones. Keep in mind that some hotels charge excessive resort fees which you may be unable to dispute as Priceline now states on their website that these fees are your responsibility.

My guess was partly based on the advertised discount of the Express Deal (15%). According to Priceline's retail listing for the Park Shore, all the rooms at the hotel are non-smoking.

Thanks for your help, I am not going to book this express deal. It actually says 20 percent plus discount, so I'm not comfortable taking the risk and getting the Holiday Inn. I'm booking 3 rooms so my friends have to agree. When I do book I will use your link! Thanks again

It shows 20% savings for me as well initially, but when you click through it changes to 15%. This matches up with the Park Shore's retail rate of $174 (the Holiday Inn is $244).

She would just find another reason to break our rules which are very clearly written on the form to request identification of an Express Deal. She won't be back here. It is clear that she was never meant to use this service. tilepusher, please do not spend any more time on this. She isn't paying you. I am.
