I am looking to make Priceline bid (will use this site's link, of course!) on minivan for St Pete airport (PIE). I have six in family, so it must be minivan or SUV. Minivan usually cheaper, and Priceline is not even allowing a "name my own price" for full-size SUV. Says none available.

12-14-14 2:00 PM to 12-23-14 7:00 AM

My guarantee back-up reservation I have with Alamo is for $42.25. I can cancel for $5 with a successful Priceline rental for less.

I tried tonight for up to $25 a night on Priceline, but was not successful with that bid amount.

Both Enterprise and Alamo are right around $42 on their respective sites. Priceline is showing $49-$53 per day for their cheapest prices.

I hit the 24 hour mark and was able to bid again. I failed at $28, and they gave me second chance bid. I failed to get taker at $30.

With Sunday being the pick-up date, I get two more chances.

Sometimes Priceline doesn't work for rental cars. St. Petersburg is a small location.
Please place all of your Priceline bids through our Priceline link.
Please check rates at Hotwire and make your bookings through our Hotwire link.

Thank you, Sheryl. I think the small location is certainly affecting it, as Orlando is usually easier. One more day and I will use think link for my bids.
