I liked this hotel, and would gladly stay here again.
My description might appear to contain complaints, but please don't be confused as I do like the hotel overall.
I stayed on a Monday night, and paid $61 versus a Westin website lowest list price of $169.
Best part: the bed was amazingly comfortable. Second place: dual head, massaging shower.
This hotel is located on the south end of the city, and is a very charming, old building.
Parking is adjacent to the building, is monitored 24/7, and costs $20 for each night the car is on the lot. I appreciated the in/out privileges without being recharged.
Staff was friendly and helpful. They are either genuinely caring people or/and are well trained.
My room seemed on the small side. I was traveling alone, so this was no problem for me. I hope they offer bigger rooms for those with families; you may wish to check ahead.
My room faced the inner open space of this box-shaped building; as a result my view consisted of the rooms of the other 3 sides of the hotel.
If this hotel offers a pool, I didn't notice. There is a workout room, however.
Hotel is easy walking distance to any downtown destination. It is on High Street; the main drag. Safe, well lit, lots of people about.
If your destination is the Convention Center on the north end of the city, expect perhaps a 20 minute walk (1 mile) up High Street.
I have stayed at the Westin in Falls Church, Virginia, which is, by far, a more impressive facility. This place isn't in the same league, but is fine nonetheless.

The room was a very small room.  Although all the quality and ammenities are the same, the room is much smaller.  The view was a brick wall.  They probably save this room for Priceline because a full price customer would scream bloody murder.  I have run into this issue before with 4* accommodations in Chicago using Priceline bid.
