The best deals for Saturday checkins come at the last minute but if today's Express Deal is any indication, $90 isn't even close. When using Priceline, you need to be realistic. Your recent requests haven't been.

I don't know how that's true. So basically what you are saying is that I need to go by the Express Deal? I think a 2.5* star would be okay to go at $90 but heck what do I know. Thanks for the advice I guess I'll wait until next week to look at the deals and hope to score a great one. WML! I've stayed at this hotel before buying straight off Hotels.com for less than $200 maybe I'm wrong in assuming I can get a better deal through PL.

You are not wrong in that you can get a better deal than retail on Priceline but your limit is very unrealistic based on the Express Deal rate. You can expect a 5%-10% discount off the Express Deal rate. The Express Deal rate is only one factor as sometimes the Express Deal can be higher than the retail rate. What does WML mean? As I've told you before, prices for different dates are totally irrelevant. And "less than $200" is totally different than $90.
