Ok.  What would be your suggested bidding strategy?  I'm trying to keep total per night cost under $200/night if possible.

To clarify my question, what do you think IS a realistic bidding strategy?

Before we can give you a strategy, you need to figure out how high you're willing to bid. That's what we want to know for #10. You stated that $150 was your limit, but when Sheryl told you that wasn't realistic, you said that you're trying to keep the total cost under $200/night (about $170/night before taxes and fees), so $150 obviously wasn't your limit. And when you say "trying", that suggests to me that you're willing to go over that number if it's not enough. So right now, we have no idea how high you're willing to go, and we don't want to end up giving you a strategy with a significantly higher or lower limit than you're willing to bid. Based on the Express Deal rates, it's very likely that $170 is not going to be enough, but you can never be completely sure. If you want to take a shot in the dark, start low and use your free rebid zones to raise $5-$10 increments until you reach your limit. There's not much extra insight we can offer you.

The only way you're going to be able to determine a reasonable limit is to do some research and figure out what your alternatives are should you fail to get a hotel through Name Your Own Price. This is especially important in European cities because there are a lot of hotels and rates can vary widely.
