I apologize for not using your link but wanted to see if the Priceline deal would work and, honestly, I have no idea if it did as they did not take my number and now claim that the Priceline discount was reflected in my price.  Hmmm.

I wanted this area for convenience.  Stamford's lowest rate in US Dollars was around $300.  I bid $140 and got an offer back of $164.  Well, been there done that.  Went back in and added a neighborhood with no 5* hotels and bid $150 which was accepted.  They offered the same rate as an extension also.  Thank you for all your kindnesses.  Next time I promise to use your link.

This looks like a great hotell and we will have a spacious suite, hopefully with a king bed.

I don't understand your second sentence. What does it mean? Is the $20 bonus money? If so, it's not a discount. It's an add on. Bonus money is explained in our Hotel FAQ.

Not bonus money. $20 off your total if you buy 3 nights at 3* or better.  You access by www.priceline.com/entertainment2012.  Then you give your entertainment card number.  Nowhere was that requested which is why I am not at all sure I got anything.  It did not show up nor was there any place that showed the $20 off.  I called Priceline but the woman who answered claimed the money was automatically taken off, not shown. That does not sound right to me since I did not put my number in.  I asked if they were no longer taking the entertainment card but she said they were.  It is supposed to be good until Dec 31.  I am wondering what other people's experience has been with the entertainment discount.  Entertainment is certainly not the company it used to be.

I agree about Entertainment. We dropped them as ad advertiser after 12 years and I don't buy one anymore. I've never heard of that deal before.
