Total including tax and fees $35.49. Hotel website was $50+ for the night.
Hotel did charge another $15 for resort fee (wi-fi, pool and gym).
We were overall happy with the stay, although I could still smell the smoke in a supposedly "non-smoking" room.

Btw, express deal was $29/nt likely for the same hotel.
