The amenities and price on the Express Deal offer narrowed this down to the Grand Plaza Beachfront , which gets an 8+ satisfaction rating (and incidentally very high reviews at Trip Advisor).
NYOP in this zone didn't guarantee a satisfaction rating at the 3* level, so the risk wasn't worth it to me.
As it is, got two nights at $88. Quite happy, given that this hotel advertises free parking and no resort fees.
Priceline Express Deal: $88 per night, taxes/fees $32.94, all-in cost of $208.94.
Beachfront Plaza site: $162 per night, taxes $38.88, all-in cost of $362.88
Thanks as always to BFT.

Resort fees are prevalent in certain zones. Keep in mind that some hotels charge excessive resort fees which you may be unable to dispute as Priceline now states on their website that these fees are your responsibility.
