This Express Deal had been at $104 for the last week or two, and dropped today to $82, or at least I saw it only today.  The retail rate is about $189.  I am buying a week before arrival so will be interested to see if the price moves between now and then.  The only attribute stated in the description was free WiFi, which did not distinguish it from the 3.5* Ace.  But no resort fee was indicated in the purchase sequence, and it was marked "you've booked here before" which made me feel this Exp Deal would be the Renaissance. 

This fine hotel charges no resort fee, very rare maybe unique among the higher-starred PSP hotels.  I made the purchase using the BFT Priceline logo.
