I have entered other MM comps with stuff I had posted on this and other sites and nothing was said.

They will only pull you entries if someone complains. Scott Van Aiken does not have time to trawl the net checking every site to see if your model has been posted elsewhere.

Missed it by that much!....

When I first looked at the entries I thought WTF!!!! SOMEONE'S STOLEN ONE OF MY PICS AND ENTERED IT UNDER THEIR OWN NAME!!!!

But no. Same tpe (P-40) in the same pose on the same kind of cork background as I recalled posting. But not mine (much better job, actually).

All Scott (da Boss) needs for an entry in his "Oz" competition, is one photo of your model, and a few words to state its scale, the kit brand and subject ID(eg Starfix 1/72-scale Fruitbat 1000).
His extensive collection of modeller's build reviews (and kit previews) is well worth regular perusing.

how Entry No. 18 is relevant to the OZ competition? It is just that the markings seem way wrong to me (too square).

Australia's Sabre's were sold to Malaysia after we retired them so there is a connection... Not sure if it is strictly "OZ" but what ever Scott thinks...
