I hope the reference to a PC-6/B2 means that the engine will be correct as the H2 makes it sound the same as the previous AU-23 and PC-6H2 versions already released.

the kit below is an Austrian Air force aircraft which is powered by same engine AS the AAAVn. The kit is engineered to provide for all the different.

Klutz, what is JBs website? The wholesaler?

The kit you posted only has decals for air america aircraft and for the one in the movie. Which I believe was made from spare parts.

you can get a Ryan Hamilton conversion set to make the Aussie Turbo Porter.

Email Ryan if you are interested, which I did, or contact Southern Sky who may have a package.

I'm looking at doing a SVN version myself so I'm hoping either Southern Sky or Hawkeye produce a sheet.

The very first Porters to Nui Dat were finished in the same scheme as the 180s - overall matt OD with black roos and other markings, colour fin flash. Not a bad one to do with off the shelf decals. Replacement aicraft had the "high vis" scheme, and there are some interesting photos with mix and match parts, and at least one Porter with an attempt to partly tone the scheme down.

A few different styles and colours of rocket pods used too, all really interesting.
