These people look North African all the way, whereas the Copts in the other set (from Cairo) looked Levantine the most (some even Southern Euro).

These are more southern and part of upper Egypt. Cairo and Alexandria I believe have more diversity. Same pattern exists across all of North Africa between northerners and southerners.

Broad variety with Saharid and orientalid. With a convex nose desert type. Mediterranoids in different siZes and shapes including many Alpinoid like types.
A few could pass in Europe, a few in west Asian, maybe even South Asia and probably South America too.

I don't think so.

The crowds in this video look like Arab Bedouins or Yemenis.

They are just little darker because of the super hot desert weather in far south but genetically i don't think they aren't much different from others based on the results i saw for people from south.
