In each show, there's a group of about 15 girls for the ballet class, plus one Billy, one Michael and one little boy. The part of Billy is triple cast, I don't if they've done the same for the rest of the children.

There are three Billys and an understudy; two Michaels and one Debbie (Erin Whyland). She has a standby. The Ballet Girls (10) are all single cast (as is more typical on Broadway with its less restrictive work rules). There are three swings to cover the 10 Ballet Girls. There is also a "tall boy" (single cast) and a "small boy" (double cast). It's a great show, by the way.
