There is already a help FAQ for uploading images to your webpages. However, the system will not accept files over a certain size which requires that you take additional steps to reduce the size of your files. There are a few options you can use to reduce it's size.
1) Make sure to save your pictures in JPEG file format. I believe this is the most compact graphics file format supported by Network54. If Network54 supports any that are more compact then use that instead.
2) Crop your image to remove any excess content. Many times the entire photo is not needed and the photo can be pared down to only the interesting part. This can reduce file size significantly. Make sure to store your picture in a new file if you want to keep the original.
3) Resize your image to a more course resolution. Using a program such as Windows Paint, select Image > Stretch/Skew... and "stretch" it smaller. For each 50% reduction in the image resolution, the file will be 4x smaller. As above, you might want to store the image in a new file.
Thanks Tom - I just read this and got apicture posted up there!!!
