Yeti's posts finished at that point, but he did write and present an illustrated talk on this subject at one of the Squires meetings, and I personally was very grateful to him as I know it was at some considerable emotional cost.
I have found all the paperwork he used and will be uploading it all to the website in the next few weeks. I'll post on the general board once its up there.
