I don't think this is true. I heard from somewhere that if you reset it enough, it will say "Bueno", but I think it was just the person misunderstanding "Way-Loh".

Unfortunately, I also don’t think this is true. The language in each Furby is determined by its microchip and it usually has only one. Having said this, I think Dollking opened a Furby Fake before (don’t remember which one it was), and found 2 different language chips installed, with only one of them connected. If you disconnected that cable and soldered it to the other language chip, your Furby Fake would speak a different language.

Other Furby Fakes (such as Mow Gwais) even have switches on the bottom to change its language (English, French, German). However, original Furbys don’t have that feature.

It would be really cool if Furbys could speak different languages, though.

Sorry, but the chip installed in each original Furby contains only one language as far as I know, so the only way to get Furby to speak Spanish is to buy a Spanish speaking one.
They sometimes have some for sale on eBay, so check from time to time.
It would be cool if you had one, so your family could hear it talk!

There's unfortunately no way for you to get an English-speaking Furby to speak Spanish, since -- as others have said -- its native language for that particular Furby is created to be english. If you live in a Spanish-speaking area, you might be able to find a Spanish Furby at a yard sale or flea market... if you're not allowed to use websites like eBay, sadly, there isn't much advice besides that that I can offer you.
