Hello! I have a 2012 Furby named Summer & her colour is lagoona. She has a bug where she thinks she's constantly being shaken, and sometimes petted and tickled. Even if I haven't even touched her! She also never falls asleep, she just kind of... turns off, her eyes turn black, after like 30-40 seconds.

Is there any way to fix her? She was bought from a flea market. I've heard that I should just play with her as much as possible, but it's kinda hard when she won't stay awake :(

This has happened to me, I believe it happens if you shake it while it changes into a personality other than the diva, but I'm not really sure how it is caused. Maybe try pressing the reset button, if it doesn't work you can try the complete reset which makes it forget everything.

I tried this method, but unfortunately it did not work :( She's still pretty buggy...

Seems like a common problem with newer furbies, i found a furby boom at a thrift shop that thinks it is always being shaken. The furbies made around 2012 seem to be not so durable.
