So today I went to my local antique store to look around, and I found this little guy in a case.
Now, I'm not a giant fan of 2012 furbies, but I've been wanting at least one for my collection, and so I picked him up for 14.31 with a 10% discount, which is ironically the exact amount of money I had with me.
I recorded a little video of him in action. While I still prefer original furbies, this guy isn't so bad, as long as I keep the personality to sweet. I'm still trying to think of a name for him.
Wow, I feel a little old when I hear that a toy from 2012 is already sold in an antique store!
I agree, the Sweet personality is the best, I wish they stayed like that all the time. I found a 2012 Furby at a secondhand shop when they were still new, for only around $7.00. It was the only reason I got it, it was a deal I couldn't refuse! But I sold it along with the rest of my old collection....
Also the white 2012 looks rather adorable (at least while off), even I as someone who doesn't like the 2012s will admit that!
