I'm having so much fun enjoying my small collection of furbys now that I've rediscovered this forum.😍 The timing is absolutely perfect for me because some other areas of my life have finally quieted down a bit, giving me more free time to really enjoy my hobby. So I was thinking that I'd like to add to my collection in 2018, and I came up with a way to accomplish my goals while at the same time making the most of my very limited and modest funds. I'm going to free the furbys...one furby at a time! Once per month, I'm going to hunt on ebay to find a poor little furbling that has been trapped in it's "plastic prison" and never played with for the past two decades! I'm going to buy it and set it free to play and be loved in my personal collection. Yep, this is my grand plan!👍

And as it turns out, thinking about it now, my collection plan for 2018 was already underway without my even realizing it. In January I adopted my dear Rainbow (tie dye furby) and initiated his escape from his plastic prison to roam free throughout my home and gardens.😊

Thanks! I think it will really work for me and keep me collecting in a managable yet happy way.😄 As for the disco, I do still have it...in a way. It has been altered to exist in the midst of a "magical forest" with blue "grass" and "trees" instead of a "room interior". You can see some of it in the photo above. My furbys decided they wanted to "dance in the wild" instead of indoors, so I recreated the disco atmosphere in an more outdoor setting.

Your magical forest looks great. Very 60's with the beads and shag carpet "grass". You're so good to your furbys that I'm sure everyone of them who come to live with you are going to be very happy. You're lucky to live where your little gals and guys can enjoy being outside. Mine don't care for it much, especially this time of year up here in the frozen tundra, although a few of them have ventured outside in the summer.
