Hmm, I'm not sure you can say he stole your work...it's not like no one knew what the Super Bowl Fields looked like. In fact, other Super Bowl fields have been posted on the forum a few years ago well before you posted them on the Super Bowl Field Data Base.

To stlou1, all the recreations of the Super Bowl fields that I made can be found at the link I gave. I originally began recreating the fields in 2012 for a football simulation program I have written in C#.
Here is the link again in case you missed it: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/985 ... ii-update/
The first post contains links to my recreations of every Super Bowl field.

To kschad10, I agree with you that what the Super Bowl fields looked like is common knowledge to those who look hard enough. But there is a difference between a recreation and a simple copy and paste. I know that BeastFromTheEast took the midfield logo from my Super Bowl III recreation and re-used it for his Super Bowl IV field, and re-used the number font for Super Bowl IV for Super Bowl III, which is incorrect, and also has the incorrect number font for Super Bowl II. I know every line, and every pixel that I colored in MS Paint for my Super Bowl field recreations, and I can instantly recognize every part of my recreations that were used on BeastFromTheEast’s fields. To further prove my point; on June 4th, 2014 I posted my Super Bowl IV recreation here: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/985 ... ?p=2250457

On October 5th, 2014, BeastFromTheEast posted his Super Bowl IV field. On January 2, 2015 I posted an update to my Super Bowl IV recreation here: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/985 ... ?p=2362075

There are clear copy and pastes from my work, and that’s what I am upset about. I took the time to look up videos, and images for all 48 Super Bowl fields to make my recreations of the fields. I even got the NFL rule book to make each field to scale (1px = .5in). All that time I spent on these fields was then simply copied and pasted, onto a worse recreation, and BeastFromTheEast claimed it to be his own by not acknowledging he had taken it from another source.

Do you have any regular season fields? If so please post them. Wish I had computer talent to create them

stlou1, I do have current NFL fields, also for the the C# simulation I've been writing, but it's a work in progress. Here is the link: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/101 ... son-added/

The first post has links to all the fields I have worked on so far. I'm not going to post any fields I made here in this thread because BeastFromTheEast worked hard on his fields.

Also, if you want the full size fields (9144px x 4344px) your going to have to get an account on Chris Creamer's Sports Logos.Net and give me your e-mail address there through a personal message.

1)  Download the stadium and place in C:\dksports-data\football\Stadiums  (if the graphic is not in JPG format, you'll need to convert it first)

2)  Go into the organize->rules screen and make sure to turn off home field advantage (this doesn't make the field show, but ensures it is a truly neutral game)

3)  Go into the organize-> team information screen and for the host team (the one that will considered the home team) and change their stadium to LA Coliseum

4)  Go into the organize->team stadiums screen and assign the super bowl field to the team that is acting as the home team (same as above)

Good job on the other fields, but why do I feel like I've seen some of the work from the Super Bowl fields before? Oh yeah, its because I made those fields (and much better if I must say so myself). For anyone who wants to see the actual work where this was stolen from, I direct you to this link: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/985 ... hip-teams/

And yes DirkGildun, the KC arrowhead should be facing the other way, as I made. Don't be suprized if TheifOfTheEast fixes his field with my work. Here is what it should look like by the way:

The only reason I'm going this far is because I spent a lot of time working on my fields getting them to be exact, just for someone to steal my work and pass it off as there own.
Yes, I certainly did take images from the internet, to include fields created by others, to probably even include yours. However, these were made to use with the Action game. I have never claimed to make any logos from current, or past, fields. I just take what I can get my hands on to create fields for this game. I assure you, and everyone else, my work is very amateur-like.

But, yard lines, hash marks, numbers yada yada, I did create after looking at other images. Logo and such I have no issue with capturing and placing them into fields that I make. As I imagine you didn't, either.

I have been posting fields and homebrews here for a long time and no doubt someone has probably stolen my work over the years, just as I have used various sources myself. Yes, it unnerves me that someone may pirate all my hard work and take credit for it, but if the end result is better fields/homebrews, so be it. Those of us doing the fields and homebrews do it as a labor of love. I have been happy to share my work and really appreciate those who share theirs. I'm definitely for anything that enhances these games, whether it is my original work or someone else's.

As a follower of this great game I have used Beast of the East's many hockey rinks he has made...then copied and pasted new logo's...and other advertisementsbut just as mrsox has said it is a labor of love...I do it to enhance the game and make it fun to see photos...logos...rinks..fields..courts to make it look
so much better as we play the game we love..so THANKS to all you who have done the original work as I don't know how to photoshop..or how to use
many of the other programs that are out there to do this kind of work.

I have used photo resizer and other programs like that to make photos and such fit the game..but after that...DAH..I am lost

Thanks to all you guys who have done the work
