Not sure, but it looks like the Fury has stepped on some toes, they have to play two Blackhawk state games at the same time vs. TI and CYA, on Fri Mar. 4th. Split squad?

Nothing wrong with cross ice, have you ever play a game in the street, driveway, or how about on the parks out for frozen water. That area its almost always smaller than 85 wide

Well the team that develops them of course - the Mission.

# of Girls on their current U16 Tier I Girl Team that played U16 and/or U14 at another IL Tier I Girls club before moving to their current club/team:

Fury: 7 of 15 current players "cherry picked"; u16 (6); u14 (1)
TI: 6 of 16 current players "cherry picked"; u19 (1); u16 (1); u14 (4)
CYA: 3 of 17 current players "cherry picked"; u16 (0); u14 (3)
Mission: 2 of 19 current players "cherry picked"; u16 (1); u14 (1)

In other words, Mission has only 2 kids that played at other clubs since u14 - 1 new kid this year (#6 defenseman statwise on the team) and 1 "new" kid last year (#8 forward statwise on the team).

To Clarify. The only "development " clubs are the Tier II clubs. Their job is to show the skills at an early age. Then Tier I picks who was shown those skills the best by said clubs. Works the same way with the boys.
