When does the Central States league list the teams that will be playing for each age level?

If a club only has a "minor" team are they eligible to play in the league or do you have to have a "major" team at a particluar age level before you can have a "minor" team?

Teams can apply at any level. Some teams have only minor teams, some have only major teams and some have both. All applications had to be in by April 15th and teams will find out within the next few months.

All very interesting considering that according to AHAI, try-outs can't begin until September 1st.

They don't post rosters, just the organizations that plan to field teams. Every year a couple drop out when reality sets in in September.

Exactly- the club applies for a slot based on ability/track record/commitment of fielding a competitive team at a given age group. All Tier II tryouts can't be held until Sep; but, most teams know what they have from previous years. Some clubs keep the slot with teams that get killed to avoid competing for a slot later.
