To those interested, I can mail the recent Denver Post article about the booming trade of glacier weddings. It seems many are going to AK for this, especially the glaciers in the panhandle. A photo shows a formally dressed couple . . . . wearing crampons. Funny. Interesting. The cost for this is about $2,000, with a $2,000 option for glacial trekking afterwards.

Does this guarantee a frigid bride?

Sorry, I had to ask.

...hack of your Mt. McKinley blog?

A Denali of Service attack, of course!

Aw, c'mon, Steve started it!

Shoot, brides don't need to come to Alaska to get cold feet. I understand there's plenty of that going around in the south - from Georgia to New Mexico.

Wow. Talk about a guy getting roped into something.....

And what kind of ice can the bride expect to wear on her finger? AT $2,000 a pop, it better not melt away.

Would there be shrinkage during consummation? Would the harnesses come off?

OK, based on popular demand, I'll stop now. No more cracks - oops, there I go again.
