And moist people don't think they they are sick. Indeed, they have worn dirty rags so long that the believe they look as good in them as anyone else.
Especially those who claim to have the washed at one time or other in their lives. Louis

The bad news is, something went wrong during your formative years.

The good news is, it can be remedied - fairly easy too.

People are intrinsically intelligent

When people are put together, they could become a herd
When people turn a herd, they could become sheeple
When people turn sheeple, they could become dumb animals
When people turn dumb animals, they become treated as such

The only real sin is that of separateness, Why? Because it is the opposite of Christ mind which draws all men together. Drawing religions together is like trying to blend, homogenise ijto one, two billiard balls.

What is called sin is nothing more than obstacles on our path up our Mt of Transfiguration. Fortunately, the obstacles are there. Imagine how difficult it would be to climb a smooth mountain.

You'd have to have the indwelling of Christ in order to have the Christ mind. Wake up Striver, religions don't give it and never have. You've already been told that but you don't have the ability to grasp it. The Christ mind is objective because deals only in absolute truth. The subjective mind seeks truth through deceptive philosophy according to the world.

The Christ mind is found in a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Christ. To the believer Paul the Apostle informs...

1 Cor 2:15-16
15 But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no man.
16 For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he should instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ. (NAS)

Unless we LOVE the truth, we cannot know it ~~ Pascal

Were actually students of Greek philosophy .... a lot of them, anyway. Origen certainly was ... and so was the author of John's Gospel. They treasured the concept of the LOGOS (which I do too ... now that I'm beginning to understand it better).

This word is translated as "the word" in the New testament and is always believed to relate to Jesus Christ, depicted in the 4 Gospels. The truth of the matter though, is that when John's Gospel and the 3 little Johns were written, the writers did not KNOW anything about such a Jesus as the 4 Gospels describe! The 4 Gospels had not yet been written.

So they DEDUCED the Christ from divine reasoning, using the Old Testament scriptures as their treasure hunt.

Ok, so they got a lot of stuff wrong but STILL ...

The divine LOGOS is perfect. It is the ultimate end of all perfect reasoning. Just as we "know" much about physics, chemistry, quantum mechanics and nuclear physics today ... there are still mysteries which we haven't discovered. As we've witnessed in the last hundred years or so ... we were using and relying on NEWTONIAN physics entirely as our basis for understanding and working with physics translation ... and it worked very well for us. However, that physics was/is in error! It's not absolutely perfect and at some point, it breaks down.

Now we're still working within the LOGOS to discover more.

Everything in the LOGOS .... MUST make perfect sense as far as our reasoning has confirmed it. As more perfection comes along, we must realize that we were in error and upgrade our understanding of the LOGOS.

As an entity, the LOGOS serves as our goal and our master. Now, we may see "dimly as through a dark glass" but as time goes by, we see more and more clearly, as new mysteries are revealed to us!

If and when something doesn't make good and perfect sense, after having been well explored through logical deduction and reasoning ... it MUST be abandoned because the former reasoning becomes a sin to us. It stops us cold to stay in error.

Whatever God is or is claimed to be ........ MUST .......... be able to stand the test of logical examination and pass the test ......... or it ISN'T God.
