An extremely good job at capturing & telling a complex story plot that is basically, "how do you know what is reality and what isn't".

When I saw the trailer, the first thing that sprang to mind was; "cool, more 13th Floor/Dark City."

I think we are taking a couple of my sons to see it today. The earliest matinee here is only 5.50, no matter what show =) I'm intrigued -- the critics seem to either love it or hate it, and visually, it looks really amazing =)

Kind of like The Matrix?

Did Mrs Noob enjoy it? Just wonderin', as Pam isn't usually the sci-fi type.

We've got next week off and our trip is canceled. So we'll be vacationing in Edmonton!

It isn't quite as "sci-fi" as the Matrix. The story is told really well and the special effects are really well done - not the "flashy in-your-face" special effects. Just well balanced and connected with the movie plot. There's a part where 4 different scales of time are being presented and it is rather creative how they did it.

Pretty convoluted, surreal, hard to follow at times -- but that's the way dreams are, right? =) We all enjoyed it.
