They did it the hard way. Took out the WHL, the QMJHL, and finally the OHL champions. They proved they deserved to be there. Enjoy this Shawinigan, you earned it!

London, keep your heads up. I have a feeling ill be seeing your team again in Saskatoon!

I get that he's Russian but what does that have to do with Shawinigan or the QMJHL? You would never see a Canadian or American kid doing that. Pure arrogance.

Also I don't understand, I googled it and their team name means waterfall. At least according to wikipedia. If their name means water fall why do they have an indian chief on their jersey? This is as confusing as to why kelowna calls themselves the rockets and have a picture of a penis holding a hockey stick on their jersey.

Cataractes does mean waterfall. Im guessing theirs a strong Native population in Shawinigan??

And if Saskatoon is the last WHL team standing, I'll be cheering for them (while holding my nose). Thankfully I don't think it will come to that though.
