Lots more high water headed your way !! Although I know the mooring barge and pylons in Evansville are designed to allow a pretty high lift - we are seeing record high water on the upper end of the Ohio valley. (Interested to see how high the barge gets on the pylons this year.)

We are close to flood level today which is 42 ft. Supposed to be at 43.5 on Sunday when it's at crest. There are two marks on the pylons, 2011 and 2015, of which 2011 was the one time we shut down because of water in the parking lot. From what I hear today, this event will surpass 2015 but not 2011. The good news is, we are only open on Saturdays until December 1st so no great impact. It is gonna be raining the next three days here so who knows. Thanks for the heads up, Ray!

Captain Jornlin always told me that I don't have to worry because ---- floats. Never could figure out what that meant .

I see that the Office/Gift Shop is afloat now!
Hope Kenneth and Andrew can handle the rolling action.
They might ask for Sea Pay! :-D
