... I believe that temperature will push co2 pressures way over 1000 psi, and mine has still not blown up.

BTW I refill my 88gr tanks using B&A adapters, work great ... got one with adapter attached to a 2250XT since last summer and it still holds gas.

Just install it on any empty 88gr tank and refill it just like any paintball tank, just need to carefully weight them to prevent overfilling (they don't have a safety burst disk).

PD: this will also allow you to remove the tank from the gun without emptying the 88gr tank ... just unscrew about 1 to 1-1/2 turn, fire once or twice to empty the valve, then finish unscrewing the 88gr. Be sure the adapter does not unscrew from the tank, they do have a setscrew to secure them but better be safe than sorry, I marked mine so you can tell if the adapter becomes loose - it will become an unguided missile if they do come apart, not a funny scene.

more than likely the seal in the valve will crack before anything
