I've installed the HDD in my P-Rod and also enlarged my transfer port to .125". The hammer stroke length has been backed out all the way and the hammer spring tension is set at 5 3/4 turns CW for all the way out. It's getting 24 shots at 16-19 fpe with a fill of 2800 psi. Ending psi is about 1200. As the pressure gets lower (below 1600 psi), the gun becomes louder. 3 full mags at very good power for such a compact little gun. Very accurate with the Beeman FTS.

Should be red though.  Other than that I'd give it an A+

parts list? etc?

Target grips and forearm from RB Grips, Ernest Rowe single shot tray made from Lapis, Maddog aluminum wire stock, Jim Gaska Tippmann 98 stock adapter, Swift extended shroud and aluminum air stripper, HDD (made by Steve in NC, sold by AOA), 6x32 Bugbuster with offset mounts and a blue Bob Long gauge to match everything else. Thanks for the positive feedback guys. Appreciate it.

Seeing all the nice guns here just encourages me to work on mine more. It is great fun to mod these guns and that is an AWESOME looking example.

Love the little touch with the blue gauge.

Very Nice!

I really don't like the way they look from the factory... That's why I don't really "eye" them or the M-Rod..
