You can use a skull valve stim cap. Usually found at a local autoparts stores. Yep, you can get them in skulls, dice, etc.

with red eyes.... and it was a two pak, which means there a skull loose in the lab.......

Yes, I saw someplace where a guy mounted one of those tire valve stem skulls on a rifle bolt handle,
