but it seems like the info should be here.

Any body have the following O-ring sizes from your notes?

2400KT-.22 caliber bolt O-ring
2400KT-Valve outer o-ring
2400KT-valve inner 0-ring

and

Benjamin HB .22 caliber bolt O-ring
Benjamin HB Valve inner o-ring
Benjamin HB Valve outer o-ring

AND.....

2400 KT Valve retaining screw, the goes inside the trigger--want to upgrade in shear strength, maybe to a grade 8 or so.

Thanks and God bless,

Farmer

.22 bolt folks are using a 005 or 006 depending on their individual fitment needs. All of the 22xx valves only have one o ring, the one that connects the front half to the rear half, that one is a #111 it sees co2 any time there is co2 in the gun the best I've found for this job is a Mil Spec Nitrile. The only other seal on the valve that I can think of would be the "Face Seal" that the 12g seals against, it's a Crosman item and not an o ring.
As far as the valve anchor screw, the OEM is a 6-40. It's a difficult screw to find in any configuration. If you want to up grade, what I do is use a Disco valve body mated to either the std 22xx capsule end, or a Pro-Top. The Disco valve body has three 8-32 tapped holes all you need to use is the bottom one.
I buy an 8-32x1" button head allen and turn the head to a dead nuts fit to the tube hole, and cut it to 3/16" long.
If you don't have a lathe, you can turn that screw head using an electric drill, and a file, and cut it with a Dremel.
Sorry, I can't help with any HB info.

I do have a suggestion for the valve retaining screw. This works very well in conjunction with the HiPac, and I got the idea from a post by airgunsnirvanna here I believe.
Replace the back half of the co2 valve with the back half of a Disco valve. Now by slightly enlarging the valve retention screw hole in the tube, you can use one of the Disco valve retention screws to "pin" the valve. Works like a charm!

hope this helps

order for some 90 duro urethane o rings in all sizes.

I think I have the guns I want to stay with, so instead of buying more guns, I will just make sure I have spares to rebuild with.

God bless,
