I'm looking for a padded rifle case, and have been aware of the Crosman/Creedmoor case for a while now, and now its time to ask...how in the world did that get approved? Or better...How did nobody at Crosman realize that a 41" case was far too short for most of airgunning? Its a minimum of 5 inches too short.

Here's some examples of what won't fit...

Benajmin Marauder
Any adult brake barrel, including all of Crosman's gas rams.
even the short version of the RWS 34, one of the most common brake barrels, is 42.25" long

About the only thing that will fit is something exceptionally short like a BSA Lightning, or an R7.

Seems like about all of Crosman's pump rifles would fit in a 41" case, same with most of their CO2 rifles, not sure about the 1100 shotgun or the 99 lever-action rifle.
A lot of 22xx or 13xx rifles and carbines could fit too.

I plink, therefore I am.
