Sorry to interupt, but can you swap grips on the Crosman 13XX and 2240 models? Thanks in advance and take care.

Buster, Stupid question time. What is a 13XX? Is it a modified 1377?

I guess typing "13XX" is just a faster/lazy was of instead writing "1377," "1322" or even the modified "1325." Please forgive me is this is not preferred?

Have a good weekend~

Are 1322 still made? I know there is a .22 co2 that looks similar.

Lets see if we are all on the same page with this

I have always taken it that a 13XX was a 1377 modified beyond factory configuration
regardless of caliber, and that the 1322, is a Crosman model no longer produced,
but could be a stock 1377 converted to .22. The 1325 would be a stock frame with
a .25 caliber barrel. Thats easy!

A gun that has internal mods that do not change the basic function or look of the gun
could still be designated by the factory model.

I have used the designation 13XX to specify an air gun using a 1377 frame that
has been highly modified to something other than a match to a specific Crosman model.

If I am wrong in doing this someone please chip in.

If I am right please feel free to reply as this could help others as well.

As part of my initial post (can grips be changed between a 2240 and any of the 1377, 1322 or 1325 models), I was lead to believe that indicating with a "13XX" would have included the 1377, 1322 and 1325 stock model handles.

Have a great weekend and stay dry!

Thanks for the answer. There is another posted on this same page who claims they do NOT fit just right unless some wood is removed - what to do?
