im looking to modify a crosman 140/1400 with the sliding breach bolt part #130A019. I would like to install a bolt handle some how? I would rather not fuss with original cover.

I mounted a scope and with out a handle of some sort its a PITA to open and close. prefer a left handed if it will work ?

any ideas or possible links to someone who might do this already

The early varient of your gun used what was called a spoon bolt. It was nothing more than a spoon shaped lever attached to the sliding breech bolt cover. It should interchange I believe. Put a WTB on the classifieds or try parts suppliers like Bryant and Associates, Precision Pellet, etc.

"but I'll be needin' that gun, fer squirrels and such."
