13/16-28 you can clean up threads, but would be tough to cut by hand

is the threading sloppy like a marauder shroud??im trying to find a male coupler to attach 2 disco airtubes together.

no such coupler on the shelf, custom made.
easy job for any homeshop machinist.

minus the foster obviously??use an extra one to couple the 2 discovery tubes together

He made a fitting that used screws and O-rings to join tubes. Could you do something like that?

this will even be easier having a threaded joint already made by the manufaturer..there are several ways to approach it.my 417 pcp will employ a similar approach to seans .
