to help Max with the expenses of this site?

From her other post it looks like she is spending $80 a year to
keep us ad free. I know it has been a while since this last happened.

she never wanted anyone to donate fearing it could end up like the last board where people were claiming "ownership" when things don't go their way. I am more than willing to donate, but I don't want to go against her wishes either.

$80 a year in increments of $20 isn't killing me...yet! And I do prefer to avoid the discussions about democracy that we had at Frugal Friends. I told you at the beginning--I believe in enlightened despotism!! (But I try not to be too despotic).

It's very nice to be ad and pop-up free here. Thank you for maintaining the site! Hard to believe it's been so long already.
